Portfolio Architecture
The Machine Editions repository governs whether an edition is a completed, cryptographically identified release. WinMedia separately governs public catalog presentation, pricing, checkout, and fulfillment.
Fail-closed commerce
A paid Machine Edition is not given an invented price, payment link, or downloadable filename. Until those records are authoritative, the Shop identifies the release and states that purchase configuration is pending.
