Privacy for the WinMedia site

This page is the current privacy scaffold for WinMedia. It explains the site's restrained data posture and marks the areas that should be formalized as the publishing and contact systems mature.

Current data posture

WinMedia is not designed as a broad consumer data platform. If data is collected, the expected categories are basic analytics, browser metadata, and information intentionally submitted through future contact or update-request surfaces.

Expected uses of information

Maintain the site and understand baseline editorial traffic.
Respond to direct inquiries or collaboration requests when those flows are active.
Communicate draft or publication updates only where a user has intentionally requested that contact.

What still needs to be formalized

This page is intentionally a scaffold rather than a full legal document. If newsletter tooling, analytics vendors, account systems, or richer forms are added later, WinMedia should replace this scaffold with a more specific policy.
