Introduces the distinction between a reader and a representation. A personal working map may support one inquiry, but it does not define or contain the person. Supports Chapter 1 — orientation to personal working maps.
Inspect: Notice the separation between the reader and the mapped pattern.

Inspect: Identify what belongs to the shared framework and what remains a provisional working map.
